We spent two days on Chincoteague Island with good friends and visited the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge on Assateague Island.

Pictures from our trip to the Florida Everglades in February 2024. My first good pictures of tri-colored herons and wood storks, and a couple of new dragonflies. And lots of alligators!

Watching the cicadas emerge was fascinating, and eerie. We could hear them crawling through the leaves all around us.
